Welcome and General Information

BACELL is a European umbrella organization for research on the Gram-positive model bacterium Bacillus subtilis and related bacteria. BACELL is supported by the Bacillus Industrial Platform (BACIP), an association of industries. Since 1990, the BACELL meeting has been held annually as an international conference to discuss academic, industrial and technological development of studies on Bacillus in Europe.

 

We are happy to announce that the next BACELL meeting will be held at the Valamar Lacroma hotel in Dubrovnik, Croatia, on 2-3 May 2024. The meeting is now Open for Registration.
